This eight-piece ensemble of New York musicians performs Stevie's greatest hits from the '60s, '70s and '80s.
Lead singer/keyboardist Monte Croft is a veteran R&B and jazz performer with two Columbia Records releases ("A Higher Fire", 1988, and "Survival of the Spirit," 1990). His ability to vocally emulate Stevie Wonder with style and soul gives Innervisions a totally authentic sound that is enhanced by tight rhythm, horn and background vocal arrangements.
The band was formed in early 2000 by trumpeter Jon Sigel, a New York native. Innervisions has steadily built an audience through performances at top venues in and around New York over the past years, including the annual Stevie Wonder birthday tribute concert, held at B.B. King Blues Club in Times Square.
